Ambitious concept for this project or the birth of a roaster in a completely reviewed restaurant.

Main challenge : to translate the love of meat (white one !) of the owner who has strong ideas and concepts.

We liked to watch the chickens being painted and to eat the speciality of the house : homemade mashed potatoes.

The restaurant doesn’t exist anymore and we regret it, and its browned and delicious chickens.
